How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment directly through our website’s booking form or contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Do you work with all breeds?

Yes, we work with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages. Each dog’s needs are addressed individually.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Cape Town but offer national services upon request. Additional travel fees may apply for out-of-area appointments.

Consultation & Programs

Why is a consultation mandatory for starting a program?

Consultations help us assess your dog’s behavior, identify the root of the issue, and determine the best course of action for your specific needs.

What is included in a consultation?

A consultation includes:

  • A thorough assessment of your dog’s behaviour and environment.

  • Identification of any underlying issues or triggers.

  • A discussion of your concerns, goals, and expectations.

  • A tailored recommendation for the next steps, which may include a single session or program options.

  • Time for you to ask questions and discuss your concerns.

What is an Online Consultation for?

An online consultation is a virtual session designed to offer guidance and support from the comfort of your home.

Benefits of an Online Consultation:

  • Behavioural Insight: Discuss your dog’s specific challenges, such as anxiety, reactivity, or fear, and gain a clearer understanding of the root cause.

  • Expert Advice: Receive tailored strategies and actionable tips to address minor issues or manage behaviour effectively in the short term.

  • Convenience: Ideal for clients unable to attend an in-person session or for those seeking quick advice before committing to a full program.

  • Initial Assessment: Helps determine whether a physical consultation or specialized program is necessary for more complex issues.

When is an Online Consultation Recommended?

  • If you’re unsure whether your dog requires in-person training or a program.

  • To address questions about your dog’s behaviour, training techniques, or overall well-being.

  • For follow-up advice after a completed program or session.

*Note: While online consultations are helpful for many scenarios, more severe cases (e.g., aggression or complex behavioural problems) may require in-person sessions for proper evaluation and hands-on training.*

Aggression & Reactivity

Is aggression in dogs curable?

While aggression can’t always be "cured," it can be managed and significantly improved with the right training and consistency.

How do I know if my dog needs an aggression-focused program?

If your dog shows signs of reactivity or aggression toward people, other dogs, or specific triggers, contact us for an evaluation to determine the best approach.

Nationally Based Services

Do you travel for appointments outside of Cape Town?

Yes, we offer national services for urgent cases. Travel, accommodation, and additional fees apply. Contact us for a customized quote.

How long does a national program usually take?

This depends on the case. Typically, programs are structured over several days with intervals for progress and assessment.
